Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow – Ham-So: a twisting practice

This 60 min, intermediate practice works with the mantra “Ham-so” or “I am – that.” This mantra is created by the breath and puts one in touch with their Core Being – the Absolute Consciousness. In this twisting practice, strive to integrate right and left in your asanas. Consider that you are that, you are all; both light and shadow sides. (Inspired by my friend Amanda <3) **If the first lunge sequence makes your legs too tired, support yourself by dropping your back knee to the ground – I forgot to say this during the recording.***
