  1. Free Yoga Class Podcasts with Jen (me!) for ALL – I provide free yoga class podcasts for all levels.  I want everyone to experience yoga without worry about affordability or not fitting in.
  2. Adapt Yoga to make it wonderful for ALL – this is the keystone philosophy that supports my work.  I don’t who said it first but, “adapt the yoga to your body – not the other way around.” I encourage all practitioners to become “an expert on themselves.”

I want for you to create an intimate connection to your breath, and life force energy. My classes are casual and unique. I often use mantra (repetitive phrases or prayers to inspire each practitioner.. (See example of mantra here )

My biggest challenge is the niyama SANTOSHA (the practice of contentment, orvira1.1 non – judgement, no matter the circumstance).

I am E- RYT (Yoga Alliance) Certified, with over 10 years of teaching experience and Teacher Trainings in Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga. I also have experience with prenatal, chronic pain, and yoga for athletes.

If you would like to take with my classes in the digital ether, subscribe to Priceless Yoga Santosha via iTunes for free monthly yoga classes and meditations.

More about me:

I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2006-ish.  I prefer a gentle, non-competitive approach to the practice – invite a challenge, and release the struggle.  Free Yoga Class Podcasts with JenMy biggest challenge is SANTOSHA – learning to be as you are and gain supreme and tranquil joy; that’s why I named my website Priceless Yoga Santosha.  I utilize flow, mantra, and music to inspire me daily.
