Soothe & Steady (Prenatal Friendly) Flow

This simple, soothing practice provides a gently steady flow, appropriate whether you are prenatal yogi or not. Fit some “me time” into and practice body consciousness, and soothe yourself with long breaths.  Beginner Yogis with only a little experience will find this practice accessible.  An approximately four minute Savasana with a relaxing meditation is included in the end of this practice. You may like to have accessories such as 2 yoga blocks (or similar tightly rolled towels), a blanket, and a strap (dog leash, bathrobe belt..use your imagination! 😉 The music is provided freely by the MUSIC MEDICINE PODCAST:
