This approximately 20 minute Yoga Flow, inspired by Shiva Rea, will help you calm and de-stress during the holidays, or any stressful time. I say “Oh Crap It’s Christmas” because I personally find Christmas really disruptive and stressful! I enjoy time with family but I also need to be quietly in my own space a lot.
