This ~30 minute, level 1-2 vinyasa flow is perfect for when you need to shake off a sense of stagnation, stuckness, sadness, get out the cobwebs, or just plain feel “blah.” Sometimes even your yoga teacher needs encouragement to get on the mat, and this little flow helps me with that! It introduces you to two simple, but comprehensive flows: the “Golden Seed” and a variation on Sun Salutation A. You will twist, fold, backbend, hip-open AND strengthen your core. Enjoy!
