Beginner Yoga Podcast III

This is the 3rd episode in a series of podcasts for beginners to Yoga.  It is 35:30 minutes long including Savasana – final relaxation.  You will need a yoga block or other support, such as a sturdy, large, book or stainless steel waterbottle.  This podcast includes:

  • “thread the needle” pose
  • introduction to Downward Facing Dog
  • Triangle Pose with a block
  • lunge twist
  • butterfly pose
  • Pranayama or breath control exercise
