Beginner Yoga Podcast 1

This approximately 35 minute podcast is appropriate for almost all beginners to yoga. It introduces:

  • a basic, gentle warm-up including: standing cat & cow, staff of Bhraman (shoulder warm-up) and tadasana (mountain pose)
  • Central Standing Poses: Warrior II, Warrior I, Tree Pose
  • Central Floor Poses: Plank, Cobra, Half & Double Wind-removing pose, Simple supine Twist
  • Savasana  or corpse pose
  • Simple Pranayama or Breathwork integrated into the practice
