20 min. WarmUp WakeUp Yoga Practice

Appropriate for beginner to intermediate practitioners, this Wake Up practice will help warm and loosen the shoulder and hip joints.    It works with the mantra “SO HAM” which is the “Universal” mantra because it links to the breath.  There is no music in this podcast so that you can listen for the mantra within your own breath.  The pictures below should help if you are unfamiliar with “Eagle Arms” or the variation.   Enjoy!
