Shoulder and wrist issues can be a challenge when finding a vinyasa yoga class because of all the chaturangas (yoga push-ups) This intermediate level practice is easy on the shoulders and is still excellent for “getting your energy moving” the way vinyasa yoga does.
This is one of my favorite vinyasa practices. I learned this practice from Joe Barnett and Bernie Clark (of yinyoga.com).
